Nancy Ann Dillion, a lifelong resident of London, Ohio was called home by the Lord on May 2, 2014 to be with Him and her loved ones.

Nancy was born in London, Ohio on March 8, 1938. She graduated from London High School in 1956 and on April 20, 1958 she married her sweetheart, Elwood "Woody" Dillion, also from London. Nancy took great pride in being a part of the London community her entire life. In 1977 she became a realtor and spent the remainder of her life working to serve the residents of Madison County in fulfilling their dreams of home ownership. She began working for Pryor Realty soon Aft.er becoming a real estate agent, and then later in her career worked for F.A.R.M.S. Realty in London. Upon the retirement of Dave Wilson in 1995 she purchased F.A.R.M.S. Realty and renamed the company Dillion Realty. Among her many achievements are Ohio, United States Association of Realtors President's Sales Club, Columbus Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club, and honored twice by her peers as Madison County Realtor of the Year (1997, 2002). Upon her confirmation, she became a member of the London United Methodist Church, and remained a member in that church all her days. She was also a member of the Port St Joe Methodist Church in Port St Joe Florida. Over the years, Nancy gained many, many friends in both the Madison County and central Ohio area, as well in the Port St. Joe area in Florida. She loved spending time with friends when able, and recently became active in the London Country Club Bridge Club.

She is survived by her children, Elwood Russel "Rusty" Dillion, Jr. (Alice), Mari Lynn (Dillion) Gyurcsik (Jeffrey), Michael Eric Dillion, and Timothy Wynne Dillion; grandchildren, Anna Katherine Dillion, Paul Michael Dillion, Ava Catherine Gyurcsik, and Lillian Lois Gyurcsik; brothers, David Gladstone Eades and John Raymel Eades.

Preceded in death by her parents Raymel Gladstone Eades, Lois Eunice (Loveless) Eades, and her husband Elwood Russell Dillion. She was an excellent mother who will be so dearly missed by her children and grandchildren. She was their rock.

Nancy's family will be honored to accept friends and visitors on Thursday, May 8, 2014 at the United Methodist Church at 52 N. Main St., London, OH from 4-8 p.m. A celebration of her life will be held on Friday May 9, 2014 at 11 a.m. also at the United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, donations will be gratefully accepted by the Battelle Breast Care Center at Madison County Hospital. Nancy's funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the
