December 16, 1993 David Emerson Dillion, 69, of Payson, a self-employed machinist in air research, died Dec. 14, 1993. He was born in Madison, Ohio, and was a Navy veteran. Survivors include his wife, Earline; daughters, Darlene Moon and Marla Johnson; son, Monte Welch; four sisters; one brother; and seven grandchildren. No services are planned.
