| Again, a very good time was had by all as they celebrated their collective 50th Birthday at Otie's in downtown Hilliard, Ohio. Nineteen classmates braved the thunder, lightning and rain to come to the party: Gay Newland, Bobbie Hausman, Ken Chase, Janice Cameron, Doug Koch, Nancy Thyng, Lois Bethel, Lee Durban, Steve Fiets, Jackie Gleason, Ruth McFarland, Patty Young, Bobbie Rae, Nancy Plunkett, Pam Scoville, Mike Sayre, Jeanne Holdren and myself (Tom Dillion). Everyone talked about their own 50th Birthday Partys, reminisced about the good ole days, sang and danced to some good ole 70's tunes, and had a great time. Otie's was a great place place to hold the event because of their tradition and atmosphere. It was a great reunion between reunions. Bobbie (Hausman) Collins won the unofficial long distance award for driving in from her home in Kentucky. Many thanks go to the nineteen classmates, spouses and siblings who came to the party.
