There is an article on Peter Bashaw at

In it, it mentions a Peter Bashaw and his family as 1 of the first settlers of Montgomery Co., KY
Also, if anyone can help me tie a different Peter Bashaw with the names of his parents it would be great! My Peter was born abt. 1829 and married Mary (Polly) Crouch(she was born 12 OCT 1833 in Bath Co., KY). Thus far have not been able to determine Peter's ancestry.
