She was born in Madison County September 25, 1918, daughter of James Hiram and Samantha McKenzie Estep. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Elmer (Hap) Dillion, May 19, 1977; sister, Eva Hanscel; two brothers, Bennie and Edgel. Survivors are several nieces and nephews including Mrs. Dean (Bonnie) Whitley, and Betty Ripley, both of Plain City; Mrs. Edward (Barbara) Moore of Ora, Indiana; Robert Hanscel of Lake Park, Florida; and Benjamin Hanscel of West Jefferson; several great-nieces and great-nephews. Family will receive friends at the Rader Funeral Home, London Tuesday 10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Private graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Plumwood Cemetery with Reverend Robert Earles officiating.
