Jessie "Sally" M. Dillion, 79, of London, died Sunday, May 13, 2001 at 11 p.m. at the Arbors At London Nursing Home.

Born June 24, 1921, she was a daughter of A.W. and Armenda (Dadisman) Wood.

She was a member of the London First Presbyterian Church. She graduated from London High School in 1939 and retired in 1974.

She is survived by her husband, Lester Dillion; son and daughter-in-law, Rolan and Jodi Dillion of Redding, California; stepdaughter, Carol Sue Ames of London; nine grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Leon Wood; sister, Katie Chrisman.

The family invites friends to call at the Rader-Lynch & Dodds Funeral Home, London, Wednesday, from 5-8 p.m., where funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday with the Reverend Gordon Johnson officiating.

Interment will be at a later date at the convenience of the family.
