Individual Data Unknown Newspaper May 2012 Joan Collins, 82, of London, died Friday, May 4, 2012, in her residence. Born July 12, 1929, in London, she was a daughter of Raymond and Elizabeth (Dillion) Weese. Mrs. Collins was a member of the Lafayette United Methodist Church and was a long time housekeeper at the former Madison Elms Nursing Home in London. She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Collins of London; son and daughter-in-law, Duane and Susan Collins of Cedarville; grandson, Kyle Collins; granddaughter, Cassidy Collins; sister, Marvine Becker of London; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Chalmer "Jim" Collins, who passed away on April 2, 2012; brothers, William, Ronald "Dick" and Harold Weese; and sisters, Esther Mosic and Bernice Cummins. The family wishes to extend their thanks to nephew William Duffy for all of his care and support. A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, May 7, 2012, in Oak Hill Cemetery, London. |
