Individual Data The Times - Bulletin, Van Wert, Ohio June 3, 1991 CELINA: Ralph W. Dillion, 66, of Celina, died at 3:40 p.m. Friday in Celina Manor Nursing Home. He was born on December 4, 1924, in Plain City, Ohio, a son of Pearl and Blanche (Ebright) Dillion. On March 6, 1959, he married for former Gladys Garman and she survives. Other survivors include a son, Daniel Dillion of Celina; a step-son, David Shinn of Celina; three daughters, Mrs. Daniel (Susan) Eckstein, and Mrs. Richard (Betty Jane) Westgerdes, both of Celina, and Mrs. Bill (Carol) Strahm of Estes Park, Colorado; a brother, Thomas Dillion of Hilliard; two sisters, Mrs. John (Doris) Baker of marengo, and Mrs. Bill (Mary Sue) Aitchison; and eight grandchildren. Mr. Dillion had retired as manager of Stokley-Van Kamp Factory in Celina and Paulding. He was an Army Artillery Veteran of WW II. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tiuesday in the W.H. Dick and Sons Funeral Home in Celina, with the Reverend Stanley Gerboth to officiate. Calling hours are from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. today in the funeral home.
