The Arizona Republic Thursday, January 28, 1999 Martha M. Barnes, 96, of Scottsdale, a homemaker, died January 26, 1999. She was born in Monroe, Oklahoma. Survivors include her daughters, Nettie Welch, Earline Dillion, Glorice Reed and Cathryn Tharp; sons, Jay R., Clendon and Carlson; sister, Pearl Humphries; brother, Earl Webb; 20 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Resthaven Park Mortuary, 4310 E. Southern Avenue, Phoenix. Services: 10 a.m. Saturday, at the mortuary.
