Born in West Jefferson July 11, 1928, a daughter of Charles and Helen (Gregg) Phillips. She was a member of Plumwood United Methodist Church. Survived by daughter, Marilyn (Ralph) Martin of Athens, Ohio; sons, Jim (Darlene) Becker, William (Donna) Becker both of London; six grandchildren; one step-grandson; three great-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; sister, Thelma Bell of London. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Donald; a sister; and two brothers. Visitation at the Rader-Lynch & Dodds Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 124 E. High Street on Monday from 3:00-7:00 p.m. Service Tuesday 11:00 a.m. at Plumwood United Methodist Church. Pastor Carolyn Peacock officiating. Burial in Plumwood Cemetery.
