Individual Data The Marion Star, Marion, Ohio April 11, 2010 Edward E. Tillman, 68, Kenton, Ohio, died 6:57 p.m. Thursday April 8, 2010 at Hardin Memorial hospital in Kenton. Born February 19, 1942 in Kenton to Leo and Vesta (Burris) Tillman. First married Nancy Miller in 1960, and later married Janett Collins in 1989 and they divorced. Survived by daughters, Lora Reynolds of Kenton, Jill (Stoney) Shough of North Lewisburg, Ohio; sons, Edward (Karin) Tillman of Kenton, Rick (Cindy) Tillman of Kenton, Billy Tillman of Dunkirk; 11 grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; brother, Richard (Jan) Tillman of Eads, Tennessee. Preceded in death by a grandchild; and a brother. He worked at Whirlpool in Marion for 42 years. Attended Kenton High School. Wrote 2 family history books, had an avid interest in family history, photography, beer, and the Cleveland Browns. There will be a private graveside memorial service held at the Grove Cemetery in Kenton at a later date. Memorials may be made to Silver Creek Environmental Center. Schindewolf Stevens Stout Funeral Home, Kenton is handling the arrangements.
