Springfield News-Sun, Springfield, Ohio. October 22, 2006 DAVIS, Virginia 85, of Springfield passed away at 1:50 a.m. Friday, October 20, 2006 in Heartland of Springfield. She was born September 13, 1921 in Springfield the daughter of John and Velma (Talmadge) Hennis. Virginia had been employed at the Silver Swan and Stanley Home Products. Survivors include three sons, William (Christina) Davis, Michael Davis, Springfield, Craig Davis, Chillicothe; one daughter, Jenny Deal, Springfield; 13 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Davis; three brothers and three sisters. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Jones-Kenney-Zechman Funeral Home with Diane Chamberlin officiating. Visistation will be held for one hour prior to the services. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. |
