Individual Data Sheridan Funeral Home, Lancaster, Ohio January 12, 2009 Judith "Judy" Ann Howard December 4, 1942 - January 10, 2009 Judith "Judy" Ann (Smyers) (Lynn) Howard, 66, of Lancaster, passed away Saturday January 10 at the Fairfield Medical Center. She was born on December 4, 1942 to the late Edward and Della Vorhees Smyers. Judy is survived by husband, Louis Lee Howard Sr.; daughter, Pam K. Blair of Carroll; step-sons, Chris (Stacy) Howard and Louis “Buzz” Howard, both of Lancaster; grandchildren, Kenneth (Angela) Blair, Matthew Blair, Kashmir Blair (Chris Renz), Brandie Blair (Steven Sparkman), Eric and Steven Howard; great-grandchildren, Isabella Blair and Natalie Renz; brother, Bob Smyers; sister-in-laws, Marcella Smyers and Viola Shimp; special friend, Judy Jarvis; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Harland, Dale (Jo) and Raymond Smyers; sisters, Violet (Fred) Mobley and Margie Walstrom; sister-in-law, Tommie Smyers. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday January 14 at 11:00 a.m. at the Sheridan Funeral Home with Pastor Richard Smyers. Family and friends may visit on Tuesday from 6:00-9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial to follow at Carroll Cemetery.
