Springfield News-Sun, Springfield, Ohio Thursday, June 20, 1996 OLLIE I. RECORD, 89, of Springfield, died at 10:00 p.m. June 18, 1996, in Hope House Manor. She was born in Cumberland, Maryland on February 9, 1907, the daughter of Frank and Emma (Kitchen) Shepard. She was a member of St. Joseph Church. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Harry Matlack of Springfield; a granddaughter and spouse, Susan and Pat Mullen; and two great-grandsons, Brian and Christopher Mullen. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dallas Patrick in 1989; and a sister, Viola McElroy in 1950. There will be no visitation. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to St. Joseph Church. Obituary
